Gary Baierlein, Owner
Since 1991 Gary Baierlein has worked in landscaping in the greater Manchester/Dorset/Pawlet area. He founded his own company in 1999. Gary has a degree in Landscape Design and Ornamental Horticulture, a Vermont Pesticide applicator's license and is certified by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute(ICPI) and the National Concrete Masonry Association(NCMA) in Level 1 for segmental retianing wall installation.
Paul Hegedus
Formerly greens keeper at the Ekwanok and Dorset Field Club. He is responsible for quality turf care. Joined in 2001.
Melissa Lacount
Gardening career began in our area in the mid-1990s. Melissa has been with Baierlein since 2003. She designs and oversees flower and shrub beds.
Others supplement this full time staff on a seasonal and project basis.
